The Woof Bus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you use our dog transport and exercise services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights with respect to your information. By using our services or signing our Service Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information from you directly when you inquire about or engage our services. This includes your name, home and service-location addresses, phone number, and email address; information about your dog(s), including name, breed, weight, age, vaccination records, known health conditions, and behavioral history; payment information, including method of payment and billing details processed through the Gingr platform; emergency contact information you provide; and veterinary contact information you designate.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to provide and coordinate the services you have requested, including scheduling, route planning, and emergency response; to process payments and maintain billing records through the Gingr platform; to communicate with you about scheduled services, cancellations, and changes; to contact your designated emergency contact or veterinarian when authorized under the Service Agreement; and to comply with applicable law, including Arizona licensing, vaccination, and animal control requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your personal information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

The Gingr Platform

We use the Gingr pet business management platform to manage scheduling, client communications, and payment processing. Information you provide to us may be stored in and processed through the Gingr system. Gingr's own privacy practices are governed by Gingr's privacy policy, and we encourage you to review that policy. We are responsible for the information we collect and maintain on your behalf; Gingr is a service provider that handles that information in accordance with our instructions.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only in the following circumstances: with independent contractors who perform services on our behalf and need access to your service information to do so; with your designated veterinarian or emergency contact when an emergency arises during services; with payment processors to complete transactions through the Gingr platform; and with law enforcement or animal control authorities as required by applicable Arizona law, including the mandatory obligation to report animal bites to the county enforcement agent under A.R.S. § 11-1014(E), and as otherwise required under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 11 and Title 13.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our contractors are required to handle your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Retention of Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Vaccination records and service history are retained for a minimum of six (6) years from the date of the last service, consistent with the applicable statute of limitations under Arizona law for written contractual obligations as set forth in A.R.S. § 12-548, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law.
